In most of the cases, the app will automatically reconnect to the TEP right after starting the engine. However, in some cases, the iOS can pause the app (or the app can be terminated by the user, stopped due to the phone restart etc.). In these cases, the app is auto-started in the background. The auto-start depends on the change of the location - the app is usually started after passing 300 meters of the drive (air distance).
