If you see error "JZ0SJ: Metadata accessor information was not found on this database. Please install the required tables as mentioned in the jConnect documentation." then you have to allow the Sybase jConnect JDBC driver to access system catalog information. Please execute SQL query "ALTER DATABASE Upgrade JCONNECT ON
" and see documentation for more details.
Some Sybase installations does not have metadata support initialized. In this case, it is necessary to initialize the metadata by calling the stored procedure or set the use_metadata connection parameter to false. Read more here.
