Export allows you to store reports or views permanently outside of BellaDati for your own presentation or specific analysis.

Info

Export option is available for Chart, Table and KPI label view.

You can access Export option from the toolbox in the upper right corner of the view.

Export dialog offers exporting view to following file formats:

  • PDF
  • PNG
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Embed to page - continue by Sharing Report for more details.
Note

Export to Microsoft Power Point is only available for the whole report.

Publishing View

Publishing allows you to embedd existing views to your web based application, company extranet or publicly on the Internet. You can choose if the reports should be displayed with or without the need of being logged in.

Set Export type to Embed to page. You can select from the following window sizes:

  • Small: (250x180)
  • Medium: (500x300)
  • Large: (fits window width)

BellaDati will generate iFrame object you can insert into your page or portal.

From Export view dialog you can also:

  • Show generated iFrame object in the new tab or window.
  • Change the size of generated object.
Note

Domain option "Public sharing" must be enabled to allow public sharing. It is recommended to test iFrames on another computer, browser or after logout.

Customization parameters

Publikácia pohľadu

Publikovanie Vám umožňuje vložiť existujúce pohľady do Vašej webovej aplikácie, extranetu spoločnosti alebo verejne na internet. Môžete si vybrať či môžu byť pohľady zobrazené len prihláseným alebo aj neprihláseným používateľom.  

Vyberte typ exportu vložiť do stránky. Následne môžete vybrať jednu z veľkostí stránky:

  • Malá: (250x180)
  • Stredná: (500x300)
  • Veľká: (na veľkosť okna)

BellaDati následne vygeneruje iFrame, ktorý môžete vložiť do stránky alebo portálu. 

Z Okna exportu môžete taktiež:

  • Zobraziť vytvorený iFrame na novej karte alebo v novom okne.
  • Zmeniť veľkosť už vytvoreného pohľadu
Note

Možnosť "Verejného zdieľania" musí byť v doméne povolená. Odporúčame vyskúšať zobrazenie iFrame po odhlásení, na inom počítači alebo v inom prehliadači.

公開はインターネット上のウエブサイトアプリ、会社のエクストラネットへ既存のビューを組み込む事ができます。もし、レポートがログインされる必要性のあるなしで表示されるなら選択できます。により、既存のビューをWebベースのアプリケーション、会社のエクストラネット、インターネット上で公開することができます。ログインする必要があるかどうかにかかわらず、レポートを表示するかどうかを選択できます。

[エクスポートの種類]を[ページに埋め込む]に設定します。次のウィンドウサイズから選択できます出力タイプをページエンベデッドに設定してください。以下のウインドウからサイズを選択できます:

  • 小（２５０ｘ１８０）:（250ｘ180）

Stellen Sie die Exportart auf Einbetten in Seite ein. Sie können aus den folgenden Fenstergrößen wählen:

  • Klein: (250x180)
  • Mittel: (500x300)
  • Gr0ß: (paßt zur Breites des Fensters)

BellaDati generiert ein iFrame-Objekt, das Sie in Ihre Seite oder Ihr Portal einfügen können.

Aus dem Dialog Export-View können Sie auch:

  • Zeigt das generierte iFrame-Objekt in der neuen Registerkarte oder im neuen Fenster an.

  •     Ändert die Größe des erzeugten Objekts.
Note

Die Domänenoption "Public Sharing" muss aktiviert sein, um eine öffentliche Nutzung zu ermöglichen. Es wird empfohlen, iFrames auf einem anderen Computer, Browser oder nach der Abmeldung zu testen.
