Point to the Users in the top menu and click Sharing console. On this page there you can view and change sharing settings of all the reports, dashboards and data sets or see the list of shared reports, dashboards and data sets with selected user.
Data setsThe list contains separate columns for data set owner, editors, read-only users, group editors, read only groups. To change the sharing settings click button Edit for selected data set.
ReportsThe list contains separate columns for report owner, report editors, read-only users, group editors, read only groups. To change the sharing settings click button Edit for selected report.
DashboardsThe list contains all the Dashboards with users and user groups who can view the dashboard. To change the sharing settings click button Edit for selected report.
UsersChoose user in the input box to display dashboards, reports, data sets and data set folders which are shared with or created by the selected user. Please note that only folders owned by the user are displayed. To change the sharing settings click button Edit for selected report, dashboard or , data set or folder.

トップメニューの「ユーザ」の「コンソール共有」をクリックします。このページに選択したユーザーですべてのデータセット、レポート、ダッシュボードの共有設定をみて、変更できます。あるいは共有レポート、ダッシュボード、データ・セットのリストを閲覧できます。
データセットこのリストには、グループだけを読んで、データセットの所有者、編集者、読み取り専用ユーザー、グループの編集者向けに個別カラムが含まれます。 共有設定を変更するために選択したデータセットに「編集」をクリックします。
レポートこのリストには、グループだけを読んで、レポート所有者、レポート編集者、読み取り専用ユーザー、グループの編集者、読み取り専用ユーザーグループ向けに個別カラムが含まれます。 共有設定を変更するために選択したレポートに「編集」をクリックします。
ダッシュボードこのリストには、ダッシュボードを閲覧できるユーザーやユーザーグループを持つすべてのダッシュボードが含まれます。 共有設定を変更するために選択したレポートに「編集」をクリックする。
ユーザー共有またはユーザーを選択することによって作成されたダッシュボード、レポート、およびデータセットを表示するように入力ボックスにユーザーを選択します。 共有設定を変更するために選択したレポート、ダッシュボード、データセットに「編集」をクリックします。
