Administrators can also monitor imports by accessing pages Upcoming imports and Import nodes
New reports can be created based on Usage monitoring data set. These reports are automatically updated based on changes in the data set.
This example provides access to report templates which can be used for monitoring of executed imports. When the import starts, there is added new row with type ScheduledImport into Usage monitoring data set. Once this import is completed, there is added new row (type Import) into Usage monitoring data set. Administrators can use these data to check whether there are some locked import.
Report #1 - Daily monitoring
This report can be used for monitoring of data for last current day.

This report contains information about:
- Number of scheduled and executed imports (bar chart and KPI label at the top of the report).
- Import detail of last import - data set id, data source id, time on when the import was scheduled, time when the import has been executed. Imports which have not been executed are marked with red color.
Table with import details can also contain the direct link to data set / data source detail. In order to achieve this setting, define following URL link in drill down settings:
- https://service.belladati.com/bi/dataset/detail/${L_DATASETID} for drill-down DataSetId
- https://service.belladati.com/bi/dataset/datasources/${L_DATASETID}/${L_DATASOURCEID} for drill-down DataSourceId
https://service.belladati.com should be replaced with URL of your BellaDati installation
Report #2 - Monitoring of last hour
This report can be used for detailed monitoring of data based on last hour.
