This page will show you step by step how to install BellaDati on Mac OS X.

Documentation supposes that you have:

1. Welcome and Information

This windows will check your Minimal System Requirements. Upgrade to machine with higher performance in case your configuration does not meet the criteria or you can experience decreaded performance of BellaDati.

Click next to proceed with installation.

2. Licence Terms

Read and accept Terms of use.

Click next to proceed with installation.

3. Select Destination Directory

BellaDati has a predefined installation directory. Click browse to navigate to different folder if you want to modify predefined settings. BellaDati will check your free disk space capacity.

Click next to proceed with installation.

4. Database Setup

BellaDati allows you to connect to existing database or automatically creates on for you. Choose desired action and continue to:

Click next to proceed with installation.

5. Email server configuration

Continue with this section if you have successfully set up built-in database or connected to existing one.

Approve or edit following default settings:

  • Hostname or IP
  • Port
  • Username
  • Password
  • SSL

Click next to proceed with installation.

5. Web Server parameters

Approve or edit following default settings:

  • Hostname
  • Port. Make sure, that port is not being used by other applications or services.

Click next to proceed with installation.

6. Start Menu Folder

Approve or edit name of the start menu folder.

Click next to proceed with installation.

7. Additional Tasks

Select additional options:

  • Create a desktop icon
  • Create a Quick Launch icon

Click next and wait for BellaDati to be installed.

7. Finishing Installation

Installation has been finished. Click the Click here to open BellaDati in your web browser link to run BellaDati Configuration.

If you have not allowed automatic start of the server in web server configuration or starting failed, run it manually from Windows Start Menu.

Make sure that no other web servers with the same hostname are running on your machine.

Continue with Running the Setup Wizard.
