Nested subsets allow you to create a custom drill-down structure based on one attribute column. The levels of the nested subsets can be defined as standard attribute members or custom members. |
The nested structure can be defined on the screen with the subset members:
Click the button "+" to create a nested structure (add a new nested level to the subset):
Add members which will be included in the lower level of the selected attribute member (the same steps as when creating a new subset):
Click button Back to see the nested structure:
When a subset with nested values is applied in the table, drill-down is predefined based on the nested structure:
Values from the upper levels of the nested structure inherit the values from the lower levels. |
Using custom members in the nested structure allows you to create your own nested structure with the values which are not present in the subset attribute. |
