You need to be in edit mode in order to create new tables. Click on "Edit" in top report menu to activate edit mode.

To add a new Table hover over free view and click on Table object. The Add a table dialog box will appear.

  1. Enter name of the new table.
  2. Check Date interval if you need to restrict time period of displayed data - continue by date interval.

Indicators

Indicators represent values displayed in the table.

You can add indicators into table from Indicators dialog box. Indicators dialog box is separated into three columns:

  • List of Available indicators from current data set
  • List of Indicators displayed in the view
  • Additional Indicator details

Adding indicators

There are two options for adding indicators to the view

  1. You can add existing indicator from the list of available indicators
  2. You can create new calculated indicator based on existing indicators

Table parameters:

  • Name
  • Date interval
    • Unit: Day, Week, Month, Quarter, Year
    • Type: Absolute, Relative, Custom (+ odkazy na funkce)
    • From-To dates
    • Display in single column
    • Set according to data availability
    • Skip weekends (only for existing tables)
    • Reverse time (only for existing tables)
  • Indicators
    • Name, Unit, Format, Rounding, Members and Time aggregation (available only when time information contained on data set level), Replace empty values
    • Appearance settings: Basic color, bold
    • Conditional formatting: predefined, custom conditions
    • Duplicate
  • Drill-down path (attributes)
    • Predefined drill-down path
    • Limit
    • Display total value
    • Custom members
  • Table appearance
    • Color theme
    • Title color
    • Even and odd rows
    • Drill-down depth shading
  • Date and time selections depends whether there are date/time information in the data set or not.
  • At least one indicator must be selected.
  • No labels
